Al-Rimal Reserve handed over to the delivery team

The Al-Rimal Reserve — Phase I project was formally handed over to the delivery team at the Cultural Destinations Development handover ceremony held in Riyadh on 26 October.

With the masterplan blueprints approved (Rev. 3) and the 4.2 ha site in Arar cleared, graded and set out, the foundation package is confirmed to commence on Monday 02 November 2026. Plant mobilisation is complete and piling operations begin next week.

Progress updates will be published on this portal as each work package is released.
